We are Karen and Neil Gwartzman the founders of Private Label University and The Retail Secret Circle. For the last 35 years, we have built 3 successful Retail Brick and Mortars, Manufactured products all over the world, wholesaled and represented huge retail brands, and ran three E-commerce businesses. We have had the privilege of private labeling thousands of products, for some of the largest chain stores in the world, like Walmart, Michaels, Toys R Us, Hobby Lobby to name a few, and have had a ton of fun and success.

We found the success to Retail lies in the product brand and in understanding the "Retail Game" online and offline. Over the last 10 years we have focused our extra time, when not making products for retailers, supporting and mentoring Retailers helping them scale their business. We are best selling authors of the books, Private Label Secrets and Retail Ready Secrets, and have taught thousands of E-commerce and Brick and Mortar business owners how to grow their business even through a pandemic and a recession.

We have mentored business owners teaching them how to put the right systems and processes in place so they can create a pandemic and/or recession proof business. Our mission is to support the Retailer, regardless of the platform they are using or the products they are selling, by teaching the RETAIL systems, strategies and secrets we have been using and sharing... Because they work!
